Saturday we spent downtown CDA where most of our family that lives here were participating in the Olympic Triathlon. Tim wasn't able to because of his hip surgery and Lizzy had just done another 1/2 Marathon. They were there however, to support the rest of the family. Tim so anxious for everyone to do well.

Everyone we were watching but Jon who comes in the 3rd heat with the teams, grey caps. His brother did the swim, he the bike and sister-in-law the run.
And they are off!!!

Jon's team took 3rd, Brynne took 1st in her division=more goals for the rest of the family.
Today also in Utah Tom did another 1/2 Marathon. He is already back in school and training to do another one next week-end! Way to go Tom. I am so jealous of all my kids..I am going to try to do something next year just to keep up with them. Training here I come!

Amazing....I am so proud of everyone that ran the Race. It is amazing how many are really getting into the season of exercise! Love you all and nice work!

Wow! I wish I could swim like Bryn. Way to go everyone. You are all amazing. Can't wait to hear how the training is coming. :)
