River encouraging Brooke
Tom
Tough terrain with bad weather
Rock, his 30th race!
Tom and Brooke finished the St. George Marathon on Saturday in Utah. they have been training since Brooke's family decided to do it to commemorate he father's 30th time of running it. All of his children and many cousin's ran with Rock, her dad. Tom even ran with a possible stress fracture from mile 14 on and Brooke had the stomach flu and a previous stress fracture from the training. Then there was the downpour of rain the whole race and the cold wind. What an amazing thing they have been able to do together! We are so proud of them!

Fun to see your blog too. Your family is huge. Congrats on a beautiful family.
We are doing great, kids all well, 11 grandkids and counting. Will is in Iraq but other than that, we are all safe and sound.
Give my love to all.

Hey I was down in St. George too and I saw Tom finish! I probably surprised the heck out of him.
