This is the year of the moose for sure.  My Dad, Leo Lee drew his tag for a moose in Idaho along with my brother Jim. they have applied for a many years, so this is a treat because Idaho allows each resident only 1 bull (male) moose in your lifetime.  Dad is 84 so he has waited along time!   

This is the two week period they had to hunt and my brother Gary came up from Rigby, Idaho to help them pack the meat out.  He brought his horses also to get into an areas that would make 4 wheelers impossible.  Anyway, Jim got his last Saturday and they will be up by Bonners Ferry still another week to help Dad fill his tag.  Here are some pictures of the hunt.  This is for the hunters who read my blog.
